The second half of the 20th Century was dominated by war, but not a typical war, rather a Cold War. The two dominant super powers of the world, the United Sates and the Soviet Union took turns playing a deadly game of cat and mouse trying to outsmart and out maneuver the other. What makes the Cold War so interesting was that War was never declared by either country, hence the name the “Cold War”.
